We consider quality to be a basic prerequisite in the production of castings.
For this reason, product quality is monitored throughout all production stages:
  • During die forging, an operator carries out random checks at specified intervals.
  • During the stripping of the casting from the pouring spout stage (spruing), an operator carries out random checks and issues operative instructions to the department staff.
  • Before shipping, the despatch manager carries out an additional check on the product.
